Cupping Therapy
“Cupping” means using suction in a cup, placed on the skin, to lift the tissue away from the body creating space for healing. It can be used to increase circulation, reduce dysfunction, help with muscle aches and tension, and increase range of motion. Cassidy is certified in cupping with the International Cupping Therapy Association. She uses a combination of silicone, plastic, and glass (fire) cups to create a customized session suited to your needs

Cranial Sacral Therapy $80
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headache, neck pain, and side effects from cancer treatments among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluid in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well being by helping to eliminate pain as well as boosting health and immunity.
